The 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held only via live video webcast on Friday June 26 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). To participate, you must reserve your spot by registering online at https://inscriptions.digicast.ca/form-5473133/robex, by 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday June 18, 2020 at the latest.

All holders of common shares of Robex Resources Inc. registered as by 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) on May 22, 2020 will receive instructions to register their vote. Voting rights must be exercised no latter than 17:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on June 23, 2020.
